Hippos, giraffes, hyena, antelope... the South Luwangwa region had all the usual suspects on display around, and sometimes in, our "camp" by the river. Here's a small collection of some of those.
Two giraffes avoiding contact... They were more shy than most of the animals.
Watchful...
A family of giraffes stand on the river bank, wary of the large crocodile on the water's edge. After a few minutes the giraffes went back up the bank without drinking.
